GENERAL ❤︎

I own the creative rights to all my art. If you do not agree with the TOS, please consider again before working with me.
I have the right to use commission to make sample commission on social networking platforms without asking/notifying customers .
I reserve the right to refuse any commission or refund it at any point if I cannot deliver. I can refuse CMS without explaining the reason before I proceed with the work or transaction.
I will NOT be making changes after the commission is fully delivered unless I made a mistake I hadn’t noticed on my part. And i am not responsible for any feelings or thoughts that arise from the customer during the work process or after it.
Once the sketch is fully approved, i’ll move onto lining and coloring, then I will send the final, no more updates on that progress. If you want details of the parts, please let me know in advance, you can ask about updates but do NOT rush me. Please do not edit the CMS yourself after I have finished, if you want to edit or add anything yourself, please let me know, I am very open so just ask.
I will send the sketch version, then the customer has the right to edit small details. If you make major changes at this step, an additional fee of 5$/time will be charged.

TAT ❤︎

Turnaround will be a minimum of 2-3 months (unless rushed) for normal CMS, Chibi will be 1-2 months, but normally it can be done sooner. If I get sick or have an illness that prevents me from continuing or will slow down the progress, I will let you know.
The time waiting for your response is considered the time when I cannot continue drawing, so it is not counted in TAT (Turn around Time). Depending on how late you answer, I have the right to extend the time to complete (Only applicable if no response is received after 1 day).
If you are someone with a long deadline like 4 or 5 months, please accept that I will start working on your CMS 2-3 months before your deadline, because besides Vgen, TAT is only calculated AFTER I send you the sketch. Because I mainly receive orders with urgent deadlines, so I have to prioritize pushing those orders first, if you want to ensure fast delivery, please set a deadline with me about 2-3 months from the time you book. i won't charge fees.
I do NOT guarantee to do your CMS in order, but I do guarantee to finish it by the deadline you set. I just work on deadlines and not in order, please understand because I won't explain why.

PAYMENTS ❤︎

Pay via Paypal with 5% fee
Payment will be upfront only. No exceptions.
I will not add you into my list until full payment is received.
Rush Fees (Mostly apply on normal commission, sketch commission can be done sone)
Less than a week ~ 50-100$
2 week ~ 40-70$
3 week~ 30-50$
I will NOT rush a commission for free. Unless I make sure I have the time to complete it comfortably.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS❤︎

For commercial usage, there will be a fee applied.
Vtuber/Streaming/Content: x2 price
Merch/Sales/Ads/Print: x3 price
Commercial fees will always be applied if the art will be used on anything that will be for sale or of monetary gain, Vtuber.
FOR VTUBER : I will always charge a commercial fee regardless of the purpose you use the illustration. Because Commercial rights include the right for you to use that image for any brand promotion activities, so as long as it is your brand image, it must be counted. Please let me know from the beginning if you are a VTUBER, cus i don’t have responsibilities to find out.

REFUNDS❤︎

Full refunds are only allowed if I haven’t started the work and receive the payment. Please be aware if this when commissioning me.
So that will be NO refund after i receive my payment, because i will exchange the money to my country's currency, please understand.
(For Vietnamese, NO refund when i come to the line part, if you cancel after sketched, you have to pay for the sketch)

Be aware that complex designs will increase in price, so don’t be surprised.
Vtuber will be double the price, merch/sales will be triple the price
